Every week, guests at Follansbee Inn are treated to spectacular breakfasts daily, courtesy of Denis and Kendall. A sample offering this week featured the following:
Wednesday: Eggs Sardou, which is a classic New Orleans breakfast with poached (locally sourced) eggs topped with hollandaise on a bed of Canadian bacon, wicked creamed spinach and artichoke hearts. Don’t forget the popovers either!
Friday: Eggs McFollansbee – locally sourced scrambled eggs with prosciutto, melted brie and apples on a flour tortilla with marble potatoes and monkey bread.
