Old is on its way to the dump graveyard. It suffered considerable rot. Denis says that when he installed it 13 years ago the salesman convinced him that the expense of treated lumber was unnecessary. He incorrectly figured it’s the hot, humid, wet south so rot is probably less worrisome. Hah! 🤣🤣🤣
